Diving into the luminous darkness of womb consciousness there is a feeling of ecstatic surrender. The release of mental ideas of control or power gives way to a deep primal source of infinite potential. Spiraling into the sensations of the womb there we find our greatest source of strength, wisdom, energy, and power as women.

The womb is a holographic portal, a vessel for the physical manifestation of a woman's co-creative power for creativity, healing, and evolutionary purposes. Through the gateway of our female wombs we can tap into the well of creation - and receive transmissions, messages, energy, and inspiration from our womb, as well as from the Earth Womb (the Womb of the World), the Galactic Womb (the Hunab Ku), and the Universal Womb (the Great Central Sun).

Activating the womb is unfamiliar territory for most women today as the arts and wisdom of the Sacred Feminine have been suppressed and hidden for thousands of years. To be fully centered and anchored from within a fully activated womb provides a deep flow of vitality and energy to create a balanced, visionary, passionate life and be successful at whatever you put your energy consciously toward creating.

To truly tap into our full womb energy is to access an infinite creative generator and our personal direct link to the Source of Creation. Here we can experience Womb Gnosis - the direct knowing of wisdom received from the womb, or the direct downloading of information, messages, and energy from Source through the gateway of our Womb. This is a profound gift to all, an opportunity to step beyond the collective consciousness to receive vital fresh new energy directly channeled from Source. For women to experience Womb Gnosis and for men to co-create with women who are fully anchored in their authentic feminine power is the key to conscious evolution.

Past intimate experiences are all recorded in the cellular memories of the womb - unless the womb is cleared and released of old energetic cords, patterns, and imprints. Without a clear womb, energies from old relationships may cloud and complicate subsequent relationships for years. Women - clear thy womb! Men - release old energetic connections to past partners!

Conscious clearing the womb regularly is a wonderful practice to begin connecting deeper to the womb energy and will free up immense vital energy. Powerful ways to clear the womb are meditation, ceremony, consciously cutting energetic cords, womb breathing, dance, lying upon the bare earth, journaling, creating womb art, bodywork, and using conscious clear affirmations and declarations.

The womb holds the codes for co-creation - the Sacred Union of the Divine Masculine and Sacred Feminine for new ideas, living energies, and visionary consciousness. To effectively access and harness the full potential of womb consciousness, women and men must honor and respect the womb. We must nourish our wombs, pay attention and tune in daily to our wombs. and keep the energy clear and flowing in our wombs.

Our crisis is the birth of a universal humanity capable of
co-evolving with nature and co-creating with spirit. ~ Barbara Marx Hubbard

Since the beginning of human civilization women healers honored and observed the sacred cycles of nature, time, and spirit. Women healers served their communities through midwifery, spiritual healing, nutritional and herbal healing, massage, hands on healing, prayer, ritual, dance, song, music, toning, and dreaming. Wise women healers offered healing support for their communities through ceremony and nurturing care from birth to death, from “womb to tomb”.

The healing ways of women have been demonstrated in every culture around the globe by traditional women healers, herbalists, and midwives. Women have been practicing the arts of midwifery and healing for thousands of years. In earlier human culture, women healers were honored for their sacred feminine healing arts. In times of oppression, patriarchal religions have targeted women healers and midwives.

Women have always gathered together during times of hardship, illness, menstruation, and birthing. In traditional cultures around the globe, female healers are an integral part of the community, and arose out of the community of women, through gaining experience and respect. Traditional midwives learn their healing craft from elder women in the community, often a mother, grandmother, aunt, or neighbor, thus weaving a web of women’s wisdom that connects the community of women and holds together the whole tribe of men, women, and children.

The traditional female healer blends knowledge of herbs and midwifery with cultural and cosmological beliefs. The interweaving of art, science, and spirituality creates a holistic model of care that nurtures and empowers the body, mind, and spirit. There are women healers and midwives from every culture around the world.

She is known as the village healer, priestess, herbalist, midwife, wise woman, or shaman.

She is the South African sangoma, the Hispanic curandera, the South Asian dai and Dyamaju, the Mayan granny healer, the Appalachian granny midwife, the French sagefemme, the Japanese samba, and the Polish babka.

Midwifery is the healing art of being ‘with woman’ and healers of the sacred feminine are the true midwives.

Women's healing arts are founded upon a deep connection to nature and an honoring of the human body. Women’s sexuality is valued as a healing, empowering, vital, and integral power.

It is time for all humans to awaken to the experience that we are co-creators of our life, reality, and universe.

Each thought, feeling, action, intention, and prayer you make influences your world, your health, your body, your children, and your planet. We are all part of one world, one universal womb, one universal family, and each breath we take is a biodynamic interchange with the holographic matrix of living energy.

The time is now to spiral to the next stage of evolution, beyond procreation of humanity and nature vs. nurture. It is now the age of co-creation with nature, spirit, love, and consciousness for the birth of a new paradigm of healing, birthing, living, and learning.

The Sacred Womb holds the Waters of Life
The Sacred Womb is a recognition of the uterus as holographic representation of the Earth and Living Universe. It is our first ecosystem, and from the Sacred Womb of our mother we are born into the Sacred Womb of Earth. There is a direct correlation between the way the way we as humans respect and care for our planet and for our bodies. Every body is a temple. In a woman's Body Temple, the womb is a Sacred Inner Sanctuary, holding the wisdom of creation, stewarding consciousness, cyclical time-codes, and empowered sexuality.

The Sacred Womb is a stargate for reaching shamanic feminine states of consciousness, for new human consciousness to emerge forth into this world, and for us to navigate the natural cycles of time. Within the Sacred Womb spirit and nature become one for the creation of energy, life, and vitality.

Our bodies, our organs, our hormones, and our spirit are all a part of the whole living system of the Body Temple. Cultures that pillage and pollute the Earth, also perpetuate the abuse and dishonoring of the female body. In the US today, the number one most common surgery is Cesarean Sections, a major abdominal surgery removing the baby through the abdomen, interrupting the primal creative process and permanently scarring the Sacred Womb. The second most common surgery US women experience is hysterectomy, the removal of the uterus and often ovaries too. Why is the removal and cutting into of the uterus such an epidemic? For modern culture has lost touch with nature, spirit, cyclical time, and the wisdom within the body and Earth.

Women are blessed with the ability for multi-orgasmic sensory expansions, to enjoy sex for ecstatic consciousness beyond the ability to procreate new life, and to channel sexual energies for personal and collective creative purposes. If a woman does not plan to have a child or is beyond childbearing years, it is no reason to remove the uterus, as the Sacred Womb is a vessel for creative energies which can be used in a lifetime for increasing personal health, vitality, and longevity.

Our bodies are a blueprint for human consciousness. The Sacred Womb holds the light codes for natural time, cycles of life, sacred sexuality, conscious creation, vitality, and earth-healing. Through time women have marked the passage of the sun and moon along with the cycles of their blood and life.

Menarche initiates a women into the path of vitality, healing, and visioning abilities. Women's blood from the Sacred Womb has been honored for powerful healing abilities for the Earth, the soil, plants, and people. Pregnancy and birth is a powerful rite of passage with ability to experience spiritual, ecstatic, and loving heights awakening new senses, and bringing forth life consciously to grow into peaceful human family. Sacred sexuality awakens ecstatic abilities to experience Divine Union. Menopause is a time of ripening into feminine leadership, the mature woman who stewards the greater living community, beyond the familial and social, to planetary stewardship.

My mother saved her uterus from hysterectomy with love. She was told several years ago that she would need to have a hysterectomy by her doctor. Instead of immediately agreeing, she pursued alternative routes of self-healing, and had several appointments with a holistic women's health practitioner. Her practitioner encouraged her to name her uterus and send love to her uterus every day through her hands, intention, prayer, and energy. My mother said that she named her uterus "Lotus" and sent love to her womb. After this daily practice, regular healing bodywork, and nourishing foods, her uterine health improved and she was no longer requested to have a hysterectomy by her medical doctor.

Love will save the Sacred Womb. Love your body, your temple, your emotions, your hormones, and your spirit. Honor the ovarian wisdom - they provide a natural balance of estrogen and testosterone, providing hormones to our health past menopause for the vitality of our bones and heart. Honor the Sacred Womb and it's spiritual and biology integrity. Love the balance of Sacred Masculine and Feminine that we need for natural harmony in this world.

Blessings,
KaRa

The Medicine Wheel honors the Womb of Creation

The name Sacred Femme comes from the French word for midwife "sage femme" which literally means wise woman. My maternal heritage is French, as my mother was 100% French, and my great-grandmother was a Sage Femme - a traditional midwife in Quebec at the turn of the 20th Century.

Sacred Femme honors the connection between the history of women's wisdom as traditional healers, midwives, and wise women and the expression of the Sacred Feminine as it is blooming today within the women of the world.

My vision is to empower the Sacred Feminine today as women and men tap into their inner Goddess energy - the divine feminine within us all that manifests as creator, transformer, healer, parent, teacher, leader - the God-US. Through the integration of healing arts, spirituality, ceremony, and energy activation we can spiral to higher awareness of our Divine Feminine nature and allow the full expression of who we are.
